Gianni Serazzi is a member of the management group at BAIN & CO.

In the past 8 years Gianni has assisted multiple clients in the TLC/Technology and Consumer Products arenas across a variety of roles including M&A, growth strategy, and cost restructuring.  All projects were introduced at a CEO/Board Of Directors level and when executed, brought with them solid results.

The network developed from Gianni’s experience with Bain is an invaluable asset to USA GROUP, INC.

Born in Milan, Gianni has lived and worked in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Croatia, Romania and the US. When he is not chained to his desk, Gianni enjoys living life to the full and socializing in cosmopolitan cities across the world.
